I don't know which approach is best for me?

If you're still not sure which approach may suit you, the following basic ‘compatibility' questions may help you make your choice more easily.

• Are you open to the possibility of positive change?
• Can you accept the concept that you, and only you, are now responsible for your actions?
• Do you believe that all Humans have free will and that everything we do is by choice?
• Do you understand the concept that challenging experiences are there to teach us important lessons?
• Are you willing to reframe all your challenges into opportunities to help you move forward and grow?
• Can you open your mind to the possibility that Humans on the Planet Earth are just one of  possibly millions of intelligent life forms, past and present, that may exist within this and other Universes?
• Do you have a belief, however small, that you are NOT just a body, but that you HAVE a body, and that the real ‘you' is a Soul that can never die?
• Do you have a sense that there is another place or dimension that we go to after we die?

If your answer to four or more of these questions is ‘yes', then you may decide that PLR and QHHT is the best approach for you. 

And if there are several ‘no' answers, then my advice would be to think about having Hypnotherapy for positive change.
