After Your Session

At the end of the session, I gently guide you back to full waking awareness.

Most people feel deeply relaxed afterwards and may need a few quiet minutes to re-orientate themselves -- rather like waking naturally after a peaceful afternoon nap.

One of the biggest surprises for many clients is how quickly the time seems to pass whilst in hypnosis.

The Post-Talk

Before you leave, we spend a little time discussing your experience together.

This gives you an opportunity to:

This part of the process is often known as the Post-Talk.

After a short period of grounding and reorientation -- usually around 10–15 minutes -- most clients feel perfectly able to continue with their normal day or return to work if needed.

What happens next?

There is never any pressure to book additional sessions.

Some people know immediately that they would like to continue the work, whilst others prefer to go away and reflect on the experience first.

If you choose to continue with 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy, sessions are usually spaced around one week apart for the best continuity and momentum.

With QHHT® or Past Life Regression, clients often prefer to allow more time for reflection and integration before deciding whether they would like another session.

Post-session reactions

Everyone processes hypnosis differently.

In the days and weeks following a session, people may experience a variety of emotional responses.

Some clients feel:

Others may notice emotions surfacing that had previously been suppressed or avoided for a long time.

This is a natural part of the healing and integration process.

Whatever you experience, it’s important to remember that there is no “right” or “wrong” response.

Your mind and body are simply processing the experience in the way that is most appropriate for you.

Be kind to yourself

Following a session, it can help to:

Sometimes changes feel immediate.

Sometimes they unfold more gently over time.

Both experiences are completely normal.

Ongoing support

I’m always happy to stay in touch after your session, whether by email or phone.

Very often, simply talking through your thoughts and feelings can help support the ongoing healing and integration process long after the session itself has ended.

Online Sessions from home

Consider the benefits....

  • Relax in the safety and comfort of your personal space
  • Save time and money without the need to travel
  • No need to rush away - take time to integrate the experience after the session

Are the sessions as effective as seeing me face to face?

Yes -- most definitely.

Using hypnotic inductions specifically adapted for online sessions, I can guide you through the experience just as successfuly as if we were in the same room....

Begin The Change This June

For the month of June, I’m offering new clients 50% off their first 5-PATH Regression Hypnotherapy session.

5-PATH works by helping us identify and resolve the underlying cause of an issue, rather than simply managing symptoms. And without the side-effects of medication!

This offer is being made to help people take that first step at a time when finances are understandably tighter for many.

There's absolutely no pressure to continue beyond the first session if you don’t feel the approach is right for you.

As always, I offer a free confidential 30-minute Zoom chat before booking, so we can discuss your situation and answer any questions you may have.

How to book

Simply email me at mail@nikicassar.com and include:

  • A few words to describe your issue
  • Your country / time zone
  • Your preferred dates for the initial Zoom call (give me several options please)
