Online 5-Path® Hypnotherapy Sessions – anywhere in the world!

Using advanced forms of hypnotic induction, I can safely and effectively help you to make positive changes to improve the quality of your life, whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home.

In order for us to work together in this way, there are certain criteria that need to be met:-

• A good command of English so we can communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge in the use of Zoom.
• A fast internet connection is vital so that we unlikely to get disconnected during the session.
• A good camera and mic on your laptop, tablet or smartphone, with the volume set to maximum.
• Headphones or earphones so we can both hear each other throughout the session.
• Your device placed safely and securely, close to you and adjusted so I can see your face clearly.
• A comfortable reclinging chair, or lying on your couch of bed, propped up with pillows.
• Ensuring you cannot be interrupted by someone entering the room, phone calls or doorbell ringing.
• No pets in the room please!

Once the date and time of the session is confirmed, I will email you two forms to complete and email back to me prior to the first session.
