I'm going to be straight-up here and tell you that I'm not the cheapest, but I'm confident that I'm up there with the very best! If you're on a tight budget, then you may need to look elsewhere (and I'll be sorry to see you go), but if you're seeing this as an investment in your future AND you want to achieve your goal in the shortest possible time, then please read on....
I offer sessions of 1½ or 2 hours in length, ideally weekly. In hypnosis we're totally unaware of time passing and most clients are surprised by how short a time it seems when I emerge them.
The first session is always 1½ hours because we lay down the foundations for future work, and increase your confidence about hypnosis, working with me and your desired outcome. I usually encourage my clients to move on to 2 hour sessions, as we can achieve a lot more and you'll be leaving me to get on with your life even faster. But the choice is always yours....
A commonly-asked question is 'How many sessions will I need?' There is no definitive answer to this except to say that if you are totally committed to the process and focused on the your desired outcome, then you and I won't be seeing each other for longer than just a few weeks...

Payment is required 2 working days prior to each session.
Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
Please note that 50% of the fee is payable
if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice
or fail to attend the session.
