It All Starts With An Email Or A Phone Call...
On receiving your contact request, I aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
We then schedule a free, confidential video call, either via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, lasting around 30 minutes.
The main purpose of the call is for us both to get a sense of our personal compatibility and see if it feels appropriate for us to work together. You will be able to ask questions and voice any concerns you may have about the process.
By the end of our chat, you will be able to make an informed decision about booking a session with me.
The Next Step In The Process...
Once the session is booked, I will send you a confirmation email together with two separate, confidential forms for you to complete and return to me prior to the session. There are at least three advantages to doing it this way:-
- You can complete the forms in your own time and space
- The questions cause you to focus on your issue and can result in some important information coming into your awareness
- You will have provided me with all your essential information, thereby allowing us more time for discussion in the pre-talk
