Hypnotherapy Sessions & Fees

Online or In-Person Sessions

The first step is to arrange a free 30-minute confidential Zoom consultation or phone call so we can discuss your situation, answer any questions and explore whether this approach feels right for you.

There is no obligation and absolutely no sales pressure.

Whether you’re:

you are very welcome to begin with a single session before deciding whether you would like to continue further.

A personalised and in-depth approach

My sessions are intentionally longer than many standard hypnotherapy appointments because deep transformational work takes time.

Whilst many practitioners offer sessions lasting 50–60 minutes, my sessions are typically between 1½ and 2 hours, allowing us to work at a much deeper level without feeling rushed.

The first session is always 1½ hours, as this allows us to:

After your first session, we'll discuss your progress and agree on the best way forward. You can continue with individual sessions or choose to commit to a programme of six sessions.

The choice is always entirely yours.

How many sessions will I need?

This is one of the most common questions I’m asked.

Because every person and every issue is unique, there is no fixed answer.

However, many committed clients begin experiencing meaningful change within just a few sessions, and a significant number complete their work within approximately six to eight sessions.

The process works best when we approach it as a collaborative partnership, with both of us fully committed to your desired outcome.
