Spring 2024 News Update

Springtime is traditionally a time for hope and new growth, but for many it can also bring a feeling of restlessness; a sense that it's time to climb out of our winter burrow and explore the world that lies beyond.  For some, that's an exciting feeling and one they can't wait to embrace, but for others it can feel very scary, and make them want to retreat into the safety of their burrow.  After all, who knows what awaits us and what might happen if we venture forth?

More about online sessions....

I am a specialist in providing online hypnosis sessions, having started them in the latter part of 2019.  My clients tell me they're amazed by how easy it is to work with me online, whilst they have the benefit of being in the safety and comfort of their own home, wherever they are in the world.

For online sessions, you will need a laptop, iPad (or smartphone), a fast and stable internet connection, and a quiet private room with a comfortable recliner, bed or sofa.  At present I'm doing the sessions via Zoom, which is a stable, encrypted platform.  

FAQ:  Are online sessions as effective as one-to-one sessions?  Can you induce hypnosis online without being with the client?

Answer:  Yes and yes!  The system that I use has been specially adapted and developed for successful results when working online, providing that the client has the equipment and internet connection necessary for good interaction between us.

5-PATH® Hypnotherapy or Past Life Regression & Quantum Healing?

I am often asked which of the two I prefer.  I love both of them equally!  They are very different approaches, and both can have a successful outcome, but only you can know which feels the right one for you. 

Still not sure?  Here's a simple explanation of each approach.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an approach that focuses on working within this lifetime.  Together, we will uncover out-of-date information in your subconscious mind that's causing your problem, and may be contributing to physiological problems, including illness and dis-ease. 

I then help you to replace the ‘damaging' and false information created and stored by a much younger version of you, with the truthful version of events.  Think of it as clearing out an overflowing cupboard that is about to burst open and spill the contents all over the floor!

Hypnotherapy isn't magic and there's no such thing as a ‘quick fix', but permanent changes happen within just a few weeks.  Using the remarkable 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy process, most clients can expect to complete the work within approximately 6 sessions*, each one lasting for 1½ hours.
* Every person is different and unique, so for some people further sessions may be required.

And if that sounds like a long time, can I invite you to think again?  What we're talking about is around 9 hours of therapy in order to clear a whole lifetime of emotional baggage!

QHHT (Past Life Regression)

Past Life Regression is an approach that involves regressing you back to your past lives and helps you understand why you have emotional or physiological issues within your current life. 

By learning about significant events and relationships, the subconscious mind can work together with the conscious mind to understand and release similar patterns that are causing you problems in the here-and-now.  A good analogy is a leaky roof in your home.  Over time, your house becomes damp and mold starts growing on the walls.  Once you fix the leak, your home becomes warm and dry again, and you can live in it feeling healthier and happier.

Quantum Healing is the process of communicating with the one that we call The Higher Self; that wise, all-knowing source of information that can be known by many other names.
